Student Consultant Overview

Thank you for your interest in a student consultant position with WKU's IT Helpdesk. Our student consultants work in the IT Helpdesk area, located on the third floor of Mass Media and Technology Hall. Student consultants provide technical support via phone and chat for WKU students, staff, and faculty as well as delivering some support for WKU alumni and affiliates

Our student consultants spend time providing services via telephone, chat support, and developing support information for our Knowledge Base. Questions and assistance can involve many aspects of Information Technology at WKU, including systems like Blackboard, TopNet, and e-mail.

Please Note: This position does not involve web-design, programming, or the WKU computer labs.
